I’m Aleksandra

a Dublin-based creative with a passion for event photography, lifestyle, adventure, and production. Formerly an actress and teacher, I've transitioned into a full-time photographer, storyteller, and entrepreneur. My journey has taken me around the world, seeking extraordinary experiences all through the lens of curiosity.

I believe that sharing my unique perspective is the greatest gift I can offer to the world. My extensive experience in the film industry informs my intentional approach to crafting impactful visual stories. Drawing from my background in acting and film, I strive to craft visual narratives that resonate deeply with others. Authenticity and connection are at the core of everything I do.

I'm dedicated to creating empowering spaces and producing art. My work ethic is strong, but I also believe in balance and sustainability. And yes, I'm the kind of photographer who's not afraid to shed a tear at your wedding, especially if it's alongside your mom.

Originally from Lodz, Poland, Aleksandra Schmidt is a graduate of the Acting Department at the Warsaw Film School and Graphic Design at UCD. Her combination of cinematic direction and unique aesthetic in photography has put her in high demand in both commercial and fine art fields.
